The headquarters of the Kilimanoor Block Panchayat is located within the jurisdiction of the Kilimanoor Grama Panchayat. The Block Panchayat office, situated at Chenkikunnu, provides a range of public services.
To promote the welfare and development of Scheduled Castes, the office of the Scheduled Caste Development Officer functions here. In addition, the Women and Child Development Office, the Office of the Assistant Director of Agriculture, the Industries Development Office, and the Office of the Assistant Executive Engineer are also functioning on the premises.
